Intel 2008 Report on the performance of the first quarter

The world’s largest processor manufacturer Intel recently announced that the latest Report on the performance of the first quarter of 2008, recorded a total income of 9.7 billion US dollars, revenues increased by 9% last week, a record first quarter revenues, which come mainly from growth in income server microprocessors innovation, but is due to meet restructuring and asset impairment charges, net income than the first quarter of last year, down 11%.

After capital expenditures, expected to be about 5.2 billion US dollars, and released earlier expectations remain unchanged.
