Samsung introduced the DVB-H phone for Europe

Samsung Electronics introduced the phone supporting TV roles Digital Video Broadcast - Handheld (DVB-H).
Samsung P960 - DVB-H phone supporting two European TV standards - DVB-CBMS (Digital Video Broadcast - Convergence of Broadcast and Mobile Service) and OMA-BCAST (Open Mobile Alliance Mobile Broadcast Service Enabler Suite). DVB-CBMS standard for the time being available in Italy, services based on it are provided through a network of third generation Telecom Italia and Vodafone. In the future it becomes available in France, Belgium, Poland and Russia. OMA-BCAST first appears in the Netherlands and then spread to Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
Telephone number is 2.6 - QVGA-inch screen, displaying 262 thousand colors, with technology DNIe. Supported reception calendar-TV service broadcasts via Electronic Service Guide (ESG), and features built-in picture-Picture (PIP) and shifting time in the event of an urgent call, allowing continue to view with the right moment.
