Major international manufacturers of personal computers (Hewlett-Packard (HP), Dell, Acer, Asustek Computer) ODM/OEM- manufacturers are asked to reduce the prices of Blu-ray (BD) and BD-combo drives. Asian players, which include Pioneer, Lite-On IT, Toshiba-Samsung, Hitachi-LG, not willing to make such a move.
